I’m Matt Fuller—an Emmy-winning filmmaker, creative entrepreneur, and dad of two, building a life and a business rooted in story, service, and staying present.
For the past 15+ years, I’ve been directing, producing, and building Insight Picture Co., a video production company trusted by healthcare leaders, home builders, and change-makers to create strategic, emotionally-driven films that don’t just look good—they perform. My background in documentary filmmaking has taught me one simple truth: if you want to move people, first you have to listen.
That same belief drives how I show up as a father. Raising kids has been my greatest lesson in leadership. It’s taught me patience, empathy, and how to show up when it matters most—even when no one’s watching. And it’s made me realize that creative work and parenthood aren’t in competition. Done right, they deepen one another.
As an entrepreneur, I’ve navigated the messy middle: feast-and-famine months, too many hats, the chase for growth without losing what matters. And through it all, I’ve stayed committed to building a business that reflects my values—creativity, clarity, and genuine care for people.
What makes me different?
I don’t just direct projects. I build partnerships. I’m not chasing the algorithm. I’m chasing meaning. And I believe your best work doesn’t come from hustling harder—it comes from aligning your vision, your voice, and your values.
Now, I’m sharing what I’ve learned—about building a creative business while being present at home, about telling stories that actually connect, and about creating systems that let you thrive without burning out.
This is the intersection I live in: Creativity. Fatherhood. Entrepreneurship.
And I’m here to help others navigate it, too.
